Help! It won't let me login with my usual login credentials. How do I get into my account?
For security purposes, existing CoffeeCow customers will be required to reactivate their account. To reactivate your account, click the CREATE AN ACCOUNT link at the top of the menu bar to the right of our site. You'll be asked to enter your First Name, Last Name, Email (use your existing CoffeeCow account email) and Password within the corresponding fields. Then select the Create button. An error message will appear that you will be receiving an email to verify your account. You'll then automatically receive an email that will ask you to Active Your Account. Simply click the activation link and enter your password. Your account will then be reactivated and you'll automatically be logged in to our site. *Please note that all your existing Pineapple Points/Rewards Dollars will automatically be rounded up and transferred once you activate your account. How do I access my existing COW BUCKS?
Don't worry! We made sure all your existing COW BUCKS were transferred over to our newly redesigned site. After you reactivate your existing account in the steps listed above, you can login to your account and access your COW BUCKS. You'll see them in your Account Profile under Cow Bucks. Click the COW BUCKS link to access your Cow Bucks rewards settings and profile.

How do I sign up with Coffee Cow?
New users of www.coffeecow.com may create an account. An account brings you the following advantages.
- Use My Dashboard
- Account Information – Save your name and password

From a desktop computer with a larger screen or a larger tablet use the My Account button in the upper right-hand portion of the screen and then click the CREATE AN ACCOUNT button and follow the on-screen directions.
From a cell phone or small screen tablet device, touch the box with the three horizontal bars on the upper right-hand side of the display and then tap the MY ACCOUNT bar followed by the CREATE AN ACCOUNT button. Follow the on-screen directions.
How is my order shipped?
CoffeeCow may use FedEx or the US Postal Service to deliver packages within the United States. CoffeeCow does not ship to other international destinations.
How do I order?
Select products either from the CoffeeCow website or your personal Wish List and add them to your shopping cart. Click on the shopping cart icon to review the items in your cart and then continue to check out by clicking the GO TO CHECKOUT button and follow the on-screen directions to complete your transaction.
You may also use a previous order to populate your shopping cart. To do so, go to MY ACCOUNT and select an order from the Recent Orders section and then click or touch the “Reorder” option on the right. You may change the quantity or delete items from the shopping cart before continuing the checkout process by clicking or touching the GO TO CHECKOUT button to complete your order.
You have the option to use PayPal or PayPal credit, in addition to a standard credit card payment.
