Any pending subscription orders that are set to renew after 9/30/19 will be cancelled and any prepaid subscriptions will be fully reimbursed. What is the CoffeeCow Recurring Orders Subscription program?


The CoffeeCow Recurring Orders Subscription program allows you to automatically receive orders/products of your choice in monthly intervals so you don't have to keep ordering and never run out of your favorite products. By choosing to add a product as a Recurring Order you'll receive 5% off your order every month!

 

How do I sign up for a Recurring Orders subscription?


All you have to do is select Subscribe & Save (instead of One Time Purchase) when adding a product(s) to your cart. Then choose the interval you'd like your order to be delivered at (ex: 1 month, 2 months, etc.).

 

How do I manage or cancel my Recurring Orders subscription?


You can manage your entire Recurring Order subscription at your leisure within your Recurring Orders dashboard. Here you can add, swap or delete products, change your order frequency, skip orders, update your payment method, cancel subscriptions and more. To manage your recurring orders subscription, sign in to your account at CoffeeCow. Then you can either click the MANAGE RECURRING ORDERS button under Account Details or access your Recurring Orders account dashboard directly here.

How will I be billed for my Recurring Orders subscription?


Your credit card will only be billed at the start of each month when we process and ship your order. You can opt out of the Recurring Orders subscription at any time - as well as add, remove or substitute items whenever you please. To manage your recurring orders subscription, sign in to your account at Tiki Hut Coffee. Then you can either click the MANAGE RECURRING ORDERS button under Account Details or access your Recurring Orders account dashboard directly here.

Why didn't I receive any Loyalty Points on my Recurring Orders Subscription purchases?


Because our Subscription program offers 5% off on every recurring order, recurring orders are not eligible for our Loyalty Points program. However if you decide to make a one-time purchase separately at any time, you'll still receive Loyalty Points for that purchase.

 

Why can't I use current promo codes or coupons towards my Recurring Order?


Unfortunately recurring orders cannot be combined with any other promotional offer. Additionally, only one promotional offer can be used at a time for regular one-time orders. We apologize for any inconvenience.
