Default Shipping

Please note US Coffee at Home will offer Free In-Store Pickup and Local Delivery option with a flat rate of $9.95 for customers within our shipping zone during the COVID-19 pandemic (Tri-State Area: NY, NJ, CT). We will contact any customers who select Free In-Store Pickup at checkout to schedule a pick-up date and time. Out-of-state orders that don't qualify for local delivery or in-store pickup are shipped via FedEx Ground Shipping. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location/zip code. We cannot ship any perishable items, liquids or heavy bulk items to customers outside of our zone. All orders - pick-up, local delivery and FedEx shipments - must meet a minimum of $125 or more total.

US Coffee at Home will provide all the great tracking features so you can easily track your package once it's out for delivery. The majority of deliveries will occur Monday through Saturday.

Note: US Coffee at Home deliveries are intended for non-commercial addresses. If you ship to a commercial address, US Coffee at Home is not responsible for delivery and is not obligated to refund, replace, or otherwise reimburse the customer.

US Coffee at ships most orders placed by 12:00 PM (EST/EDT) Monday through Friday within one business days excluding holidays. 


Overseas Shipping

US Coffee at Home ships to all states in the Continental USA with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii. Additional charges may apply for overweight items and shipments. We will contact you for cost approval before shipping. If your order is destined to an address outside the previously mentioned locations, US Coffee at Home cancels the order and refunds your monies. US Coffee at Home does not ship to Canada or Mexico or any overseas locations at this time.


Other Information

  • US Coffee at is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, undeliverable packages, unrecoverable packages, 3rd delivery attempts, or other customer created errors.
  • US Coffee at may assess additional shipping and handling charges for reshipped packages due to inaccurate consumer provided delivery information or to cover shipping costs due to package weight or multi-box shipments. US Coffee at Home will contact you if your order requires additional shipping charges before final order processing.
